Cindy
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

20 min AMRAP

I did 3.

I’ve never denied it. I’m in bad shape. Financially, emotionally, physically.

Cindy was the easiest WOD I could find and damn, it left me winded. My heart was racing, I was sweating… I know old ladies in better shape.

I also substituted burpees for pull ups because I couldn’t do a pull up if my life depended on it.

Not my proudest moment but we all have to start somewhere.
